PhonePoint Pen Introduces Air Writing

The PhonePoint Pen software is an experimental new system which is able to capture gestures made with a cellphone, allowing you to write letters in the air that the handset is able to interpret and store. Sounds like a whole lot more energy is required for this compared to the speed and convenience of using the built-in QWERTY keyboard or touchscreen, but at least it is a novel idea. The application created is theorized to function with any smartphone that comes with an integrated motion sensor, but we're guessing this trend of making letters out of plain air won't catch on. What do you think?
